Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel a parking space or parking service?
Create a letter with the contract or customer number and the desired end date, then use a delivery method accepted by the provider.
What period of notice applies to a parking space?
The time limit is determined by the rental or use contract. For separately rented parking spaces, different rules may apply than for space rented together with living space.
Do I have to return access cards or transponders?
Often yes. Check the operator's return notices and document the return to avoid further charges.
Is cancellation through SnapCancel free?
Sending by email and downloading a PDF are free. Fax costs one credit per page; the package price is shown before purchase.
