In the case of a conclusion in the store, there is no general 14-day right of withdrawal after this cancellation policy. clarify a voluntary withdrawal with your seller.

For devices or accessories bought at a discount with a plan, Vodafone requires withdrawal from both contracts together. Use the withdrawal and returns process and follow the return instructions. An email alone does not return the device.

Review a purchase, financing or rental separately using your contract documents. The rule for discounted devices does not apply to all of these cases.

The right route for your billing

Check invoice, order confirmation and account used. An app on an iPhone or Android device does not automatically mean that Apple or Google will bill the contract.

Open the subscriptions in the correct Apple account, select the subscription and cancel it there. Secure the confirmation or the displayed expiration date.

Check the withdrawal terms for your Apple purchase. Use ‘Report a Problem’ to request a refund. A refund request does not automatically cancel a subscription or guarantee a refund.

In the correct Google account, select the subscription under ‘Payments & subscriptions’ and cancel it there. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

Check the Google Play rules for your purchase and location. Eligibility for a refund depends on factors including the product and purchase date. Check subscription cancellation separately.

Use the contractual partner named on your invoice, such as your mobile provider. Cancellation of a main contract does not always automatically terminate additional subscriptions.

First identify who issued the invoice. We will not send a message to the app provider while the recipient is unclear.
