Who bills you for this contract?

Check your invoice or order confirmation. A payment service such as PayPal is not your own contractual partner.

If Apple, Google Play or another billing partner bills you, use their subscription management. Until the correct recipient is clear, we only provide a PDF draft for you to review.

No e-mail is approved for this revocation. Check the revocation policy of your order.

Subscribed through Apple or Google Play?

Check your purchase receipt to find who bills the subscription. If Apple or Google Play bills it, cancel in that account’s subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

The right route for your billing

Check invoice, order confirmation and account used. An app on an iPhone or Android device does not automatically mean that Apple or Google will bill the contract.

Open the subscriptions in the correct Apple account, select the subscription and cancel it there. Secure the confirmation or the displayed expiration date.

Check the withdrawal terms for your Apple purchase. Use ‘Report a Problem’ to request a refund. A refund request does not automatically cancel a subscription or guarantee a refund.

Manage Apple subscriptions in the right account Request an Apple refund Check Apple's withdrawal terms

In the correct Google account, select the subscription under ‘Payments & subscriptions’ and cancel it there. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

Check the Google Play rules for your purchase and location. Eligibility for a refund depends on factors including the product and purchase date. Check subscription cancellation separately.

Manage Google Play subscriptions in the right account Check Google Play Refund and Conditions

Use the contractual partner named on your invoice, such as your mobile provider. Cancellation of a main contract does not always automatically terminate additional subscriptions.

First identify who issued the invoice. We will not send a message to the app provider while the recipient is unclear.

Order or invoice reference (optional, no passwords)

Your PDF remains a draft for your own review. Only the confirmation of the responsible provider shows you the result; SnapCancel does not transmit any notice via these links.
